Daniel Vu originally went to school to become a graphic designer. He spent the next few years bouncing around to Psychology, Vet Tech, Business, and Culinary School. While finding his place, he accidentally stumbled into the coffee industry. He enjoyed it so much, that he spent 5 years jumping around from coffeeshop to coffeeshop until he came to Bitter+Sweet. There, he worked as a manager/trainer for 6 years until finally taking over as the new owner. His passion and dedication to the art and creativity of the coffee industry has allowed him to use Bitter+Sweet as a platform to push the boundaries.
